“The training sessions have been quite intense as we’re building up our endurance and strength to endure the season well,” the athlete pointed out.

The team environment has also been crucial in Angelina’s adaptation process. The presence of fellow Brazilians, with whom she has grown accustomed to sharing training periods with the national team, has made her day-to-day life lighter.

“My adaptation has been smooth and enjoyable. Knowing some of the girls on the team already has been immensely helpful for me, both on and off the field,” the athlete began.

“Having other Brazilians here has been special. They bring joy to our daily routines and make me feel more at ease on the field,” she added.

This season, Angelina has the support of Brazilian teammates Marta, Rafaelle, Luana, and Adriana by her side. The team is gearing up for their debut match against Racing Louisville on March 16th.

As Angelina settles into her new role with the Orlando Pride, her positive outlook and camaraderie with her Brazilian counterparts will strengthen the team’s dynamics both on and off the field.
